Website and program information

MedSpa Launchpad provides education and mentorship about starting and operating a medspa business. Program content is for educational purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, or clinical advice and does not replace professional licensing, training, or independent advice. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your business and professional practice.

Business results depend on your circumstances, decisions, effort, market, and other factors. Examples and testimonials do not guarantee revenue, profit, or a particular outcome.

Appointments

Booking a strategy call does not enroll you in a paid program. Please provide accurate contact information and use the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation if your plans change. If those links are unavailable, contact us using the details above. Meeting instructions are provided separately with your appointment details.

Course purchases and no-refund policy

All course purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the program details, price, access period, and payment schedule provided at enrollment before purchasing. Cancelling participation or choosing not to use the course does not itself create a right to a refund.

The specific services, fees, payment schedule, and access included in your purchase will be set out in your enrollment agreement or order details. Any expressly agreed written terms for that purchase take precedence if they conflict with this page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Course materials and acceptable use

Course materials and website content are provided for your own authorized use. Do not redistribute, resell, or share course access or materials without permission. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit misleading information or patient records.

Email and text messages

MedSpa Launchpad may send inquiry responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Where you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing texts about our programs and offers. Marketing text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or submitting an inquiry.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or 917-863-3392. After opting out, a confirmation of your request may be sent. You can opt in again by providing new consent. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Email marketing can be stopped using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. External websites, payment services, and meeting providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and questions

We may update these website terms and will post the effective date above. Changes do not replace any signed enrollment agreement without the agreement or notice required by its terms or applicable law.
